Set up your configurator. Put it to work.

Follow this quick guide to prepare your products, publish your configurator, and add it to your own website.

Open your workspace

Getting started

From setup to your website in three steps.

01

Set up your products

Sign in to your workspace and configure your product models, options, dimensions, colors, and pricing.

02

Preview and publish

Preview the customer experience, then use the publish controls in your workspace to make your configurator available.

03

Add it to your website

In the publish area, copy the standard iframe snippet or the shop-layout snippet and paste it into your website where the configurator should appear.

Website integration

Embed with an iframe

The workspace generates a ready-to-use snippet with your public tenant ID. Use its copy button for the exact URL and brand settings for your account.

Standard configurator

The standard embed uses your public ID and the embed mode. Replace the example domain and ID below, or use the exact generated snippet from your workspace.

<iframe
  src="https://YOUR_DOMAIN/?d=YOUR_PUBLIC_ID&embed=1"
  title="My Pergola Configurator"
  style="width:100%;min-height:720px;border:0;border-radius:8px"
  allow="fullscreen"
  loading="lazy"
></iframe>

Before you publish

A few checks help make sure the experience is ready for your customers.

  • Confirm your product options, dimensions, and prices are up to date.
  • Check the customer preview on desktop and mobile.
  • Use the published public ID in your website embed.
  • Test the embedded configurator and submit a test quote request.

Shop-layout configurator

For a product-gallery and configurator layout, use the separate shop customer link or shop iframe snippet shown in the publish area. The generated snippet includes the sizing behavior required by that layout; copy it as provided.

Need a hand?

If the configurator does not load, check that the public ID is correct, the tenant has been published, and the complete iframe snippet was added to your page. Contact support if the issue continues.
